Well... the fact that you have a record and are on probation means you know the consequences of your actions because you've been to court before. You've violated probation, this is enough to send you to jail in my state.

I was charged as an adult when I was 17. Its in my state laws that 17 is old enough, not 16, but thats just how fucked the law can be.

So basically, you'll be charged as an adult. You will get charged with possession of a firearm just because they wanna stack em up against you. A good lawyer will get you a deal... Maybe drop some charges for a guilty plea on another. He'll ask for probation, or rehab or a minimum sentence. The courts don't like X, because it kills.

I'm on probation now, I'm abstaining from all of it. I think you're a fucking idiot and you don't know how hard they're going to throw the book at you. They're going to teach you a lesson and this time its gonna stick, no probation this time buddy.

    Good luck.

edit:if this was a hypothetical, sorry for sounding so harsh. i've been there, done that. i know its support that you need, not a verbal beating.

Yep. That's what I don't understand, Mr. Dot, if you want so badly to keep out of prison, why do you keep doing stuff that will almost guarantee lock-up?

I think all minors should be charged as adults as long as it's obvious that they knew that they were committing a crime and committed it willingly.
