You missed the point, IQ tests are as much, or more, of an indicator of cultural familiarity than of intelligence. In other words, if one is not entrenched in the mainstream culture one should be expected to have a lower score. A white man raised in Appalachia would score lower than an equally intelligent white man who was raised in N.Y.C.

You do not prove that by asserting it. I pointed out that East Asians tend to score better than whites. They have a different culture. Hispanics tend to score better than blacks. They also have a different culture.

The validity of mental aptitude tests is not in doubt. The U.S. military is solidly committed to them. Increasingly employers are using them.

 

Haiti has always been governed by dictators. After 206 years the Haitians have had plenty of time to establish a well functioning government and economy, but they have not.

No where in the world is there a black majority country with a well functioning economy, a democratic government, and a low crime rate.

Within each of these cities the black neighborhoods have far higher crime rates than the white neighborhoods. That is the reason for white flight. When blacks move into a neighborhood the crime rate goes up. The quality of public schools goes down, both because of juvenile delinquency, and because the curriculum has to be dumbed down, or few blacks will graduate.

 

While I do understand black anger I don’t condone the singling out of a specific racial demographic.

I am very much in favor of putting lots more people in prison, and treating them harshly. Those who complain about the large prison population are in favor of releasing "non violent offenders," not me.

The most crucial factor in such statistics isn't the racial makeup of the city, it's population density. How many people are crammed into how many square miles. Even rats, who exihibit no sense of color discrimination, will turn on one another and become violent and kill each other if forced to live in a high density enviroment.
I'm willing to bet that the cities with the highest violent crime rate also have the highest population densities.
You also are neglecting economic factors, but I'm sure you will just blame any economic issues on the evil black man as well.
Without taking ALL mitigating factors into account, you can make statistics "prove" any thing you want.

 

In the world the two cities with the highest population densities are Hong Kong, and Singapore. In Hong Kong the population density is 76,179 per square mile. In Sinagapore the crime rate is 21,622 per square mile.

The article you link to is talking of organised crime syndicates.
Also how accurate are the statistics for actual crime in those cities? Is it not possible that the statistics are falsified because they are too of the most popular tourist locales in the world? Plus what about economic and unemployment factors?
There is a definite monetary motivation for the crime rates to be misreported.
But I'm sure you will next site some reference to how many blacks live there to account for the crime rate.

 

Alright, let's try this again but factor in how Singapore and Hong Kong are very wealthy nations/areas with very little poverty. Main article on the BBC yesterday was 1 in 7 Americans now live in poverty, and the official poverty rate is a joke. Most sociologists and economists would generally agree poverty is generally one of if not the largest factor in having people commit crime.
