    Are golf outfits ever ugly?
I thought they were always pretty.

Really ? I've always found them rather plain, but cute.

Oh what the hell, I like em, they look kinda nerdy :D

I dig the hell outta some minigolf!!!! Not that putt putt crap though, so boring.....i love the kitschy obstacle golf courses with the windmills, waterfalls and such - it's as about as Americana as you can get ;)

I grew up spending my weekends in PCB, FL - they had a great "Goofy Golf" there on the strip, with Apes, Octopi, and even an Easter Island head you could climb up into and stick your feet out of the nostrils, LOL....good times :)

BUT - you've got to be ripped to play, or it's just no fun at all!

what's serious about getting drunk and stoned outside while whacking a ball around and speeding around in fancy electric go-karts?

Good point. That's not what I imagine when I hear "real golf" though.

between putt-putt and themed minigolf? putt-putt is all astroturf, crammed into as tight a space as possible, with no scenery, trees, hills, waterfalls, kooky statuary to carem off of or sneak a toke behind......themed minigolf is a fantasyland to inspire the mind and tickle the senses - i just can't say that about putt-putt :)

real golf to me (although drunk, stoned and zipping around in electric go-karts) implies tee times that are ridiculously early in the day and falling out from heat stroke while people want to play through because i'm taking too frikkin long having fun

if i could play "real golf" at night, i'd be all about it!
