Unless it pertains to your health, maybe and in some cases it doesn't matter how unhealthy you are, you're not going to get the service. I would think this device would be considered by the elites as something nice to have, but not something humans need. Unless, they think it's a device that can help national security, then we will all have it. And I probably would become a guerilla just so I can avoid the pain.
i doubt it. those people would just make up excuses for their significant other's actions and continue to be just as lovey dovey toward their abuser as ever. my government? it would never happen. i can say with complete confidence that there will never be an "obamachip."
