Sorry, but our justice system doesn't work that way. That's the way the Witch Hunts worked...she looks like a witch, she collects herbs like a witch, she's a WITCH!!! Burn her!!!

I am so glad the MAJORITY of people are not in control. Mob Rule. Always has been and always will be. The Bandwagon syndrome.

NONE of us know what they (the jurors and lawyers) are truly facing. The media sensationalization is made for TV, but behind closed doors they are dealing with the real evidence.

Sorry, MOB...but in America it is INNOCENT until PROVEN GUILTY.

    Thank goodness for that.

Honestly no one here who thinks he's guilty has anything to back up their statements. Please shut up if your just gonna sit here and say "People don't go to trial cuz their famous, they go cuz their is evidence against him" and stupid stuff like that, which I'm pretty sure people know by now. Seriously, don't talk if your just gonna babble.

Q: When is Michael Jackson's bedtime?
A: When the big hand touches the little hand

Q: Why did Michael Jackson go to Wal Mart?
A: He saw a sign that says little boys pants are half-off

Q: What is the difference between Michael Jackson and acne?
A: Acne doesnt "come" on your face until you are about 14

hahahahaha. yes Michael Jackson is a sick fuck. if you are innocent, you do not need to settle out of court for millions of dollars like he did on his last lawsuit. i hope he goes to prison.

You hope he goes to prison....IF He's guilty I hope.

I "hope" you don't "hope" he goes to prison just because YOU don't like him.

there was also gay porn found next to his room. i believe someone else said that there were polaroids of the previous child he molested and something else about kids exposing their genitals. thats evidence enough for me(i dont care if he's gay). but you folks should be happy, the man you loved so much when you were growing up actually loved you much more ;)
also, i just don't think he is right in the head. anyone who names their child "blanket'' and dangles them off of a balcony should not be allowed near children.

Personally I don't like Michael Jackson, but that is no reason for me to wish him prison time.

I am not on the jury. I am not behind closed-doors. I do not have ALL the evidence. I cannot make a decision based on ALL THE FACTS and ALL THE EVIDENCE. Only the jury can do this.

You people who have already made judgments are ignorant to the ENTIRE FILE obviously. If he is guilty, then he will be dealt with. If he is not guilty, you witchhunters will have more gossip to spew.

I'd hate to be accused of such a hideous crime and actually be innocent of it around YOU GUYS... talk about a LYNCH MOB.

Okay, a bunch of rumors I'm gonna have to end here:

1.) NO GAY PORN WAS FOUND. Hustler, Playboy, Penthouse was about it

2.) NO PICTURE OF KIDS GENITALS WAS FOUND

3.) Michael did NOT name his kid blanket, he named his son Prince Michael the 2nd, Blanket is his nickname

4.) In the 1993 case his INSURANCE company settl;ed for him with out his permission it's even in the paperwork, if you ever get your hands on it you can look at it yourself. Insurance companies ioften act on behalf of their clients w/out theri permission. Besides, he needed to end the humiliation and horror he was put through. In the document the boy AND HIS FAMILY was still allowed to testifly IN THE COURT OF LAW. It just seems once they had their $$$$$ they had NO NEED FOR JUSTICe. How lucky that Mikes firste "victim" had parents that were willing to prostitute him.

you should write to michael and express your concern for his innocence. i am willing to bet he will host a private party for you on neverland, especially when he finds out you are 15. i am all about a fair trial, but am i not entitled to my own opinion?

Of course you are entitled to your opinion. But it's one thing to say someting meaningful with facts, it's something else to make stupid jokes about "What does Wal Mart have in common with Michael Jackson?......" That's stupid and about 3 years old.

how do you know all of this? you are not on the jury. if he is found guilty then he deserves to go to jail, i will wait to pass judgment on him until then. the only thing i know he is guilty of is ruining a perfectly good eddie van halen solo.

I know this because I do alot of research. I don't rely on the news to give me alll the news and the perfectly correct news, which I hope many people on this forum do. The media lies about everything, not just mike.

I think he don't dig the 'moonwalk' man... more the garage thrash indie guitar music scene (in no particular order) :) ...

I don't buy that.. they both had there fans and both contributed greatly. Lional richie got away with the murder of music.
I never realy wanted to sit through much of either of them to be honest, so i jumped on the Prince train. If i had to listen to one more of my friends drone on about 'polly wants a friggin cracker' i would have screamed.
They realy were both over exposed during there 'hayday'. With the luxury of not having to have the whole thing thrust in your face, it is easy to say 'curt saved us from...' and 'MJ killed music' . I do appreciate he altered the 'scene' but his band was just a cog in the machine that was turning anyway.. Could you imagine if he was still alive now ?? I don't think he would have progressed any better than MJ. Now if dave grohl topped himself that might have been a bigger tragedy for music.

MattInVegas, You're right on with that one. :)

On the one hand, there are definitely some sick perverts out there, who take advantage of kids and leave them scarred for life (assuming the kids aren't murdered afterwards). If MJ is one of them, he belongs in prison. No debate there.

On the other hand, I know of someone who was falsely accused, in retaliation for telling authorities about hard drugs around an infant. Never was prosecuted, but the mere fact of a record on him is keeping his current wife from getting back a girl who was snatched from her by an ex.

I've also noticed a number of posts by adolescent minors who have revealed having older lovers, and who LIKE (LOVE?) them. How do you deal with that? The minors might resent intervention, even to the point of running away with (or without) the lovers. I know of one case in Washington state, where a teacher "molested" a boy, who turned around and married her (when he was an adult) the moment she got out of prison.

Before going off on a witch hunt, you'd better be sure of your facts. Let's face it, the media isn't a very good source for facts; the media makes money by telling people what they want to hear, which can be a quite different creature than the truth. I regard the mass media as marginally less reliable than the Internet, where you'll at least get people's honest (if often misinformed) opinions without all the fancy packaging.

And don't forget, if this wasn't a celebrity case or something especially gruesome, the news hounds would be done with it within a day or so. The fact that it's MJ makes for a media circus and lots of ratings, just as it did with OJ.

    Get a life, people!
