Biologically, men and women are programmed differently, built differently, and ACT differently. Biologically...we CAN make generalizations.

All men have the inane sense to be a protector and provider. It seems, however, that society seems to program men to pretend they aren't those things. Society tells men it's NOT OK to be sensitive to a woman's needs, society tells men that it's "cool" to have many sexual partners (makes you MORE of a man), society (and male peers) says it's not OK to be good to your woman or else you're "whipped"...it is those who don't listen to society that are the good men...I guess I just haven't met those guys yet.
