I agree that being blacked out drunk doesn't automatically make it rape. You tend to know when someone is near that point so trying to have sex with them probably isn't the most upstanding choice to make, but it is not rape unless she says no. If men get raped more often than society knows about, I would say it's definitely the idea of emasculation that stops them from speaking up. And the stigma that guys are the ones that really want sex, so he wouldn't have said no

i was never one to go into the club scene but i am aware of what happens in clubs, people drink sometimes do drugs and then dance often with strangers. i cant possibly think the scenario is unlikely. i will say its unlikely if you act responsibly but maybe you know more responsible people than i do.
