i really hate it how people try to make and take sides and start some kind of battle the meat industry has alot to answer for, if you can afford to please try to buy free range organic meat...if any meat at all oh, and there's 9 proteins in meat which aren't found in vegetarian food...but you can garuntee there are countless more that aren't in meat which are in vegetables
it'll say on the product....you get them in most supermarkets, and there's lots more little shops around now, like the one in my neibouring village
