if yer think the picture of a cow gettin' it's head cut off (and i don't know why, no one presumes there are headless cows out there, waiting to be killed)...is bad..go see Quorn (that popular fungus based substitute for meat) being grown in it's vats at the chemical factory...

that shit gave me nightmares!

Rat I'm suprised to hear you say that, the meat industry are one of the most ocrrupt organizations on the planet...they also destroy the earth and the meat you love so much contains many antibiotics and hormones that you yourself would rally against

Not if the meat is organic or Amish-bred. They don't use hormones or factory farming.

Christwagons...if you don't want to eat meat, fine! No one really gives a flying crap if you don't eat meat.

The only people who actually care about the diets of other people are vegan animal-rights nutters.

Don't like meat? Don't agree with it? So what. Don't eat it. No one is forcing you to eat meat but you A.R.A's are trying to force omnis to stop eating meat.

I'm sure some omni jerks exist..but are they trying to make veganism illegal? Are they going out and pulling huge, offensive publicity stunts to intimidate vegans to eat meat?

The answer would be a big, fat,NO!

I'm sure the occassional idiot meathead makes vegetarian jokes or mocks vegetarians...I'm not denying their existance.

But let's be real, omnis are NOT trying to force you, through laws and offensive tactics, to eat meat. They may mock you but they aren't trying to criminalize your toffuti ice cream.K?!

it is interesring hoe different nationalities react when i say i don't eat meat: in sweden, people are VERY open & tolerant, there muck more veggies there, but in France, they i can really feel the arrogance & negativity. I feel sorry for vegetarians in america, your nation has really got a tradition of beef.... But, don't give up! In 40 years you'll see... I mean, this is not just a question of taste, "mum, i just love meat, my body is craving it, therefore it has to b good for me" well we can have craving for many things that are really bad for us : heroin sugar alkohol fat...... "ME ME ME" stop the greed, and start feeling beyond! beyond your emprisonned needs/cravings.
