I know what you mean, but I'm saying the whole FEMA camps/they'll come for you in the night/NWO crowd needs to consider exactly what those in power are trying to do.

They have one simple goal: gain power.

Now consider what happens when you do that to your citizens: North korea. It's a total failure. Look at what happens when you have no limits on business, wealth, or power, but have a massive underclass with no labor protections or anything else...... China. They're doing fucking excellently, because they relaxed some rules to get to a heavy-handed capitalist situation.

You don't have power when nobody spends money, when there's nobody to exploit and rob-you must have a certain amount of freedom to be useful, or even count as a subject.

Right now, the US is behaving erratically because the different factions holding power also want to hurt each other. So they get to outdo each other in levels of insanity and evil.

 

I agree completely. However, I don't know if the people will entirely let them get away with it. Take note that a federal judge declared the NDAA unconstitutional, in New York!! A small victory for liberty, in these most desperate times.
