Make Way For The New Woodstock Revolution!

i think this is a great idea.to help with your idea you could find a place to have a big concert/get some of the musicans from the original woodstock.im sure their are a few who would love to play again.let it be like a 4 or 5 day event the reason i say get some of the older musicans is if you get this crap today those people who come to the show will just want to see there fav. band.we want to get only those who are ready for change.we have to work slowly but that is a good start i think.one more thing get sponcers to help you like this website and everyone on here.if you get all these people behind i see no way why this wouldnt happen.if you need any help let me know..vodoo

The governmen is just trying to scare the shit out of all kids so they never do drugs in their lives. and they pile up bullshit facts in their heads. the truth is drugs are amazing. they truely are a gift from the heavens. i hate how people always stereo type people who smoke weed. ive smoked a lot of weed and i know im not dumber at all. if anything drugs like acid and lsd have made me smarter and more aware of whats going on. theres got to be some way we can open up peoples minds to drugs.

man..you're never gonna get anywhere in the music buisness unless you be yourself! Everybody is brainwashed with all of this rap and emo shit that good music is forgotten or looked down upon. You can try all you want, and really...I want you to succeed, cause my band is trying the same thing, but it doesn't look good for us. Unless my band or you can change it. And a change better come soon, or music will just become another novelty.

 

thanks man, im glad you liked my speech/rants. i try to talk to people around me in school and friends and you are the firrst person to say "yeah! ur right!" everyone else disregareds me as a stoner kid who is just trying to rebel just casue he can. its just so damn hard to get them to sit and listen to you so you can get them motivated.

and im sory to say that psychedelics have not yet graced me with their presence . acid is impossible to find because of this damn shortage. and i was supposed to have my first shroom trip the day i got busted for drugs. but this summer i will get them. its a sad time when a kid who just finished his freshman year can get coke, crack, heroin, PCP, meth, and shit but cant find shrooms or lsd

 

Yea, its real sad that you cant get your hands on illegal narcotics. And if you think they don't fuck with your mind, come and see me in about 10 years.

 

The Establishment attempts to spoon-feed us lies. I don't buy what they have to say, never have, never will. It can be attempted in many forms. Teachers, parents, schools, laws, government, etc. The sixties were loaded with the stuff, and they were peaceful, idealistic, and individuality, creativity and nonconformity were at an all-time high. Those are all good things. Maybe they are trying to prevent a mass sixties-like cultural revolution. It's a conspircacy, I swear. The damn DEA tried to stop the counter-culture in its tracks. Even Elvis was involved. But, since they failed, those who were lucky got to experience a beautiful time in history. They are stronger now, and will stop at nothing. We have to be strong. POWER TO THE PEOPLE!!!

Thus concludes my rant.

 

all that stuff wasnt at an all time high. not as many people were part of the hippy movement as you think. much more individuality and nonconformity, etc. was around in the 70s and 80s. because of the hippys, everyone was much more open-minded about long hair, and weird clothes, and all individuality. thats why in the 70s and 80s you had the punks, metal heads, still some hippys, etc. its thanks to the hippys that indivuality became more accepted, but it wasnt an all time high. and definatly not peaceful. only the hippys were. ever heard of a thing called Vietnam? almost exactly like Iraq is today, but 50 years ago

 

Yea i remember that. thats when the Viet Cong and the People's Army (which the hippy movement supported) cut the balls off of captured American troops, repeatedly stabbed them, strung them upside down in trees, then went and cried to the media because of the use of CS tear gas. Those moments are overshadowed by incidents like the Mi Lai Massacure, incidents that the North Vietnemese also commited on a regular basis. The villagers were most likely concealing NV weapons, documents, ect. and probably gave them rice. They also did NOT warn GIs or Marines of booby traps in villages. Some of the Iraqi citizentry mimicks this behavior, so i guess the wars can be compared. However, the Vietnam war was an unsuccessful attempt by the US to stabilize a Democratic government, where the second Gulf War is more like a vendetta for the Sept. 11 attacks. I feel the war is foolish, and a little more intellegence (as in information) could have been gathered before a strike.

People just have the idea that hippies are just brain dead stoners. I used to think that way until like a year ago i was hanging out with my brother and his friend and we all got high (for my first time). right then all my opinions about stoners changed. if we get more people to smoke they will realize that were not stupid
