I think the partial eclipse starts at 10:33pst and the total eclipse starts at 11:41pst. That's what I read anyway. I see some stars out now.

    Yes... On the west coast

From 10:33 pm til 11:41, you will see the moon darken...

from 11:41pm til 12:53am the moon will be totally eclipsed.... with 12:17 am PST being the 'peak'

from 12:53am til 2:01am the moon will brighten as it comes out from the eclipse.

I am not sure if it is a total lunar eclipse in Belize tonight. Might be to far south. Crystal clear sky tonight.

If it is I am interested to see if the animals react or notice the change during the eclipse.

You should be able to see it at around 2AM. It's totally clear here now. T-minus 3 hours.

From 1 to 2 something am here on the east coast.
It's cloudy; but that full moon is so freakin brilliant that it is staying visible like 90% of the time. or more.
First time in 500 years the full moon/lunar eclipse and winter soltice all match up. :sunny: Don't we live in some special times.

well. the clouds are not working in my favor tonight. so i only have to live to be 110 years old and i'll be able to see it. awesome.

they prefer fingerpaint, don't think you can get off easy with spray paint!

Just now the moon dropped into a cloud bed, kissed goodnight by the daylight.
