Well visuals almost always have deep meaning or significance to them. For me at least. Sometimes eating tripping can lead to bad trips, or bad moments at least.

I've only had bad moments from eating on acid when I was putting bad food into my body. bad as in anything other than totally raw, whole food. But idk about others.

Im talking more confusion on how to swallow and just the actual act of eating the food, not the foods effects on your body specifically.

One time i was eating chicken and rice and spilt it everywhere, my friend turned to me and asked if i puked and when i looked at the mess i forgot it was food and believed i threw up. haha

haha ok I know what you mean. walnuts don't always work for me when I'm tripping because of the chewing factor, which is why I like to eat hummus with my finger. no chewing, protein direct to the stomach.

It's been a while since I've done any acid, but my favorite part was always the visuals. For some reason I remember how my mind would see my blue-green rug as geometric patterns of blue and green. It's was just so beautiful.

Ok Here goes, my first LSD trip.
It was 1976 and I took 3 purple microdot that were about 175-200 mics each, so a pretty hefty dose for a first timer. A couple hours after dropping I was having the usual strobe like tracers and the carpet and ceiling were pulsing with patterns, yada, yada, the usual fair. My friend shows up with some red Lebanese hash, so we smoked a bowl and I had 3-4 hits. Well that sent the visuals into overdrive! We were listening to Yessongs and the song "And You and I" was playing and the record was warped and cast a reflection on the wall and I was following the bright spot of the reflection as it went around on the wall. (side note, when a vinyl record casts a reflection like that the grooves tend to refract the light into a rainbow effect) So I was staring at this rainbow swirling on the wall with a bright spot that rose and fell due to the warped LP. Then it blended into and engulfed the whole wall, then the entire room and with my eyes wide open everything just vanished and I was only aware of white light. I sat engulfed in this "whiteness" just a point of consciousness amongst the light. Then something in me realized that I was "leaving" and I sat up and leaned forward and said "Come Back!"
I looked towards my friend who was no more than 8 feet away and I saw him at the end of a tunnel comprised of a never ending display of the room we were in, I guess like a fractal image, and he was about the size of an ant. I zoomed through this tunnel and overshot my own body and went all the way to my friends face and our noses touched and just as quickly I snapped back into my body. Well the circus started then! What were amorphous patterns on the ceiling were now a very detailed spirals made up of Gremlins, not the movie but the little logo from the Gremlin car, anyone remember those? Swirling endlessly and laughing as they switched from orange to red and back. My friend now had red spots swirling all around his face. The carpeted stereo stand, I know, so '60's, now had knights on horse back jousting on it, that is the only recurring visual I've ever had. Every time I tripped after that, that stand had knights jousting. The trails off everything would last for what seemed like minutes. The coolest thing was when Bugs Bunny and Elmer Fudd ran off the TV screen, around the room and back into the TV. The clouds outside were constantly morphing into faces and animals while shifting colors.
All in all it was an outstanding experience and changed my views of reality immensely.
It was all very positive and mirthful. I have never had an experience that full blown visually since. :(

I've never had audio trips at all. no music from within, etc. maybe different chakras being stimulated.

My first three low-dose trips had almost no OEV's but abundant and dazzling CEV's. After my second high-dose trip I began having big time OEV's even on low doses. Otherwise objects that are there, just seem more there.

Open eyed - my vision becomes 100x more perceptive. Reality isn't altered, my perception of it is increased. I am able to literally see the transmission, mutation, absorption and release of energy in all things. Trees look wild on acid for this reason, all of those leafs rolling and boiling around like a million little power plants producing and sending crazy mad energy everywhere. Things look more clear. I've seen forms inside of objects (dragons flying through the grass on the ground). Optical illusions are completely insane. The swirly poster-type-things really do swirl like they are a TV.
I'm not sure if this counts as a visual, but if you stare at something intently enough and lose yourself you can actually "fall into" whatever you are looking at. I did this with a TV and fell into one of the pixels. Was a crazy light show.
Most of these visuals are just kicks and giggles, but a few of them may occur have have special relevance and actually shock you into a whole higher state. I remember once at night while tripping I saw the Hindu God Ganesh form in the trees. This was no ordinary visual, I immediately understood that my consciousness was in immediate contact with a being that was beyond my comprehension, and this being was in my direct line of sight, real as day. Ganesh was composed of billions of eyeballs inside the tree, and these eyeballs were rolling wildy, like a dying animal, looking in all directions.
This sounds kind of freaky, and not really of worth, but if you know anything about Ganesh, you will know that in Hindu he is known as the destroyer of obstacles. Hmm, how fitting of a thing to see on my very first psychedelic trip, when the obstructions in my perception of the world were being disintegrated very rapidly. Also interestingly, when I saw this figure, I had no interest in Hinduism and had no idea what a "Ganesh" was, so I'm pretty certain this was not just a product of my own mind.

Closed Eye visuals - Too intense to describe with justice. All I can say is that you do not exist when you witness these, they are completely consuming, and you are nothing and everything when you experience them. They are often very meaningful and witnessing them is a good way to spend your peak.

Pita chips are amazing to eat tripping. They were the first food Ive ever eaten during a trip. I could taste and isolate every flavor of every ingredient in the chip.
