Exactly. Love can not, in any total sense, be defined, because it can not be contained. It is, I believe, a force which contains us, wether we chose to be aware of it or not. Love is something, a force, an interaction, even a fundamental interaction in it's own right (depending on what you believe reality is ultimatley composed of), that you give into, not gain. We can not get love, we 'fall' into it, so to speak. God Bless +
Mariexst It was re Piaf's comment. ______ Anyway , I think there *are* many different types of love. I'd say its someone you want to make sacrifices for.Seeing them happy , rather than yourself. Fairly sterile definition - but it touches a tiny part of it , maybe?
I don't think I put it in a hierarchically privileged position in our lives either. I think intimicy is one of a few things we need, including work, material conditions, personal leisure and rest, health, etc.
