Loud, obnoxious, protesters rarely persuade anyone towards their point of view. People who are friendly and charismatic are much more persuasive. Look and Ronald Regan for example. There were a lot of people who didn’t agree with his views, but, after meeting with him personally, many people became cooperative with him. Look at Rush Limbaugh, on the other hand. The only people that his program reaches are people who already agree with what he is saying. People who do not agree with him only become more polarized.
