Its not fake- a lot of people die near light houses and there is much more then that. have a few books on that topic.
Let me get this straight. This is a show about ghosts and paranormal activity, where they often find nothing. So millions of people tune in to see some guys do what they can watch their kids do in the back yard? Essentially make pretend? I'm glad to see I've not been missing much since I stopped watching tv.
I watched the show last night...dude, you weren't kidding about that shadow peaking over the railing. I got chills. I was literally up on the TV. You should visit that TAPS site...they have more footage there.
I think because a lot of people died at sea...and sometimes, what happens is that widows of men who died at sea often gravitate to lighthouses to wait for their men to return home. You know, if you believe in that kind of thing
I told you that its as creepy as hell. those guys have been in the buisness for years, and they were scared shitless, I could tell by how they were lookin up the staircase...... I know I would be, once I saw a black mass like that, staring down at me. Ive seen the TAPS site before, but I havent seen it lately, I shall go there dont you love how steve is afraid of heights and spiders and stuff, but he isnt afraid of ghosts??
well, according to the lighthouse in st augustine, there were two very young girls who died, during the construction of the lighthouse..... they drowned, because of this hand cart that went down to the ocean , from the lighthouse. they rode on that cart, and there was an accident, two of the girls died. they believe that those two girls are seen at the lighthouse. there is also a lady in white that is also seen. (the last lightkeeper at the one in st augustine couldnt even sleep in the bedroom quarters because he heard footsteps and noises all night long, he ended up staying in a coast guard bungalow.......)
I know...it's hilarious. On topic of the show, if someone didn't believe, I think that would make a believe out of the most skeptical. There is just no way in hell they could have faked that...eek.
I believe I used to work in a haunted clinic. It used to be a hospital during WW2. They used to make us pull duty there overnite, and I'd hear elavators going up and down, footsteps walking down empty halls, and the TV in the breakroom would turn off by itself... It scared the shit out of me. We moved to a new clinic just a year later, but just from what I experienced and stories from the cleaning crew that place was haunted.
I'm absolutely fascinated with the paranormal, be it demonic sightings or ghosts; but, I've always been a bit strange.
