It is so bad that in jobs, you have to clean shave your beard everyday.

It is not allowed to have any size of beard (not even a day old), it is not be allowed to have long hair if you are a man. You have to keep your hair short if you are not a woman.

 

It's all Candy's fault.

 

Things are well. We're in the midst of my job hunting. She's very supportive and I'm deeply satisfied. I can't wait for graduation so she can come hang out.

@Candy Gal, she is very young, but wiseee... oh my! She's smart as a whip!

 

Many a job require men to be clean shaven, short hair, nothing new, my wife has long hair but she must keep it up off her blouse collar for her job.

 

My life is in a tornado; or a blender or something. Weekends are heck when you're searching for work - no one posts jobs. I'll check again in a minute, but I sent like 1 application this weekend.

I do have an interview on Monday for a magnificent county job; at least, it has the word 'county' in its name, so I think it's with the county...

 

These are the Covid days.

 

I am very kempt, so I have no problem in that department. I comb my hair, etc. and get compliments that I look dapper.

Appearance is not the factor that I'm concerned about. It's typically compensation, but that's on the backburner because I need work now - like yesterday preferably. The other factor is on-the-job experience. I only have 3 years in accounting. They like 5 better.

 

Being out of work is difficult enough, with the added problems with various jobs being considered nonessential,
