Just being a smartass but why stop smoking if you aren't your body anyways?

 

Hahaha! Good question! I think it helped me to disassociate myself from the physical addiction. Like "yeah body you're going to want to smoke but that is not my want" kind of thing (I = eternal spirit). I love the idea that we are spiritual beings having a physical experience. Does that make sense ?
