Not to be a neggie or anything but when I had my first stone I felt off like that for days before I actually had extreme pain that had me crawling. It took a while for the stone to move but before that I felt as if something in my side and back was pinched and it hurt. Once the stone started to pass the pain increased even more.

If you are really uncomfortable it is worth a urine test for blood in the sample. If there is there is a good chance you could have a stone and they can go further to check on it. I always (twice) have passed the stone without medical intervention other than for pain but it should be checked and pain meds do help.

    HUGS!!

Was under close dr. Care up till a couple weeks ago. Now he told me see him in a year. Which will probly be for prescription renewal
got me on potasium citrate. (Only works for certain kinds of stones)

I have had all levels of pain from these stones. From the feeling of....feels like someone is just pressing their finger into my kidney. (Still get that occasionally usually when dehydrated or after drinking alot)
i have also had bearable pain but usually that goes away or turns into the crumpled up on the floor pain in less than 2 days.

Cant stress enough drinking lots of fluids. Preferebly water if thats what you got ari. Also some lemon they say helps but drinking a few liters a day is the thing that will work best over any home remedy, pill, or dr. Visit.

Fucking cops banging on the door while we're in bed, my wife gets up and the guy tries to push his way in saying he needs to talk. Then the neighbor opens his door and they realize they have the wrong door. Dont even introduce themselves or ask permission to come in. My wife called and complained while they were still across the hall. Ended up taking my neighbour away in cuffs... no idea what it could be for, he's not a sketchy dude or anything.

My last line was not saying dont visit a dr. Just the opposite actually. I just mean that drinking lots of fluids does more in preventing stones than anything eles does.

    Thanks for the advice, everyone.

It'll get better or it'll get worse. If it worsens I'll go to the doc or E. R. Most likely the E.R. since it costs me $75 to walk into the docs office and they after that they hold your debit card until the doc is done with you so they can add on charges.

The last time I went in they tried to charge me $50 for "smoking cessation consultation". I raised a scene and did not pay it. Here's what they tried to charge that for:

(I was walking toward the door to exit the exam room, after a visit for a regular refill.)

Doc: "Have you ever thought about stopping smoking?"
Me: "Yes. I've thought about it lots lately."
Doc: "You should. It would be better for you."

Did a quick google of that. And it makes me want to take it if half of what they say its for actually works.

But my favorite use is for caterpillar stings.. i have been around caterpillers forever and have never heard one person ever mention anyone ever getting stung by one before. And even if there is some species of caterpiller that stings im trying to picture what you would do with the stuff. The only thing that makes sense is turning it into a paste and applying it to the skin.

Lol. I think one of the biggest scams is the dental X-ray. Like, you can see the black cavity you need to fix.........SO FIX IT and without the hundreds of $$ on an xray. I know they in fact help for future reference but when you pay up over €75 for the side of the mouth you aren't worried about it's Just like all your money is going away for no reason at all.

Those checkups just to make sure everything is going good are worse.
my sister was seeing a dermitologist and she had an apointment. She walked in he looked at her and said "ok looks good i will see you in six months"

I had a doctor say ok i want to see you in 3 months after i was all fixed up. I should have asked why but i know it must be because that would have been the beginning of flu season so he surely wants to give me a flu shot.

I have to pay almost €100 for my eye check ups. When the stitches come out I'll be looking at near €200 a visit. 30 stitches and they only take 2-3 out per visit. I'm basically about to lose a small fortune in a year or so plus travel ads up, then the drops..

Both eyes have had corneal transplants. Left eye has had refractive laser surgery on top of that. Currently 50ish weeks since right eye was operated on.
Current diagnosis... Not good, I have a very large astigmatism cause by some stitches being tight and pulling my cornea. Should be corrected when the stitches come out hopefully so not concerned. My left eye was the total opposite. Perfect vision until stitches came out causing an astigmatism which led to the refractive LASIK first acid to burn and melt layers away and then LASIK to reshape my cornea. Diagnosis on that... Alright, I can see and get around. I do need glasses on a PC and staring at iPads or phone causes it to unfocus dramatically.
