hate to have the dog put down, but its rather cool today and hes acting goofy again. senile and getting into things, behind the tv sets where hes never gone before. he wont chill out and lay down. turned his nose up to chicken. hes not but 11. but they get senile these huskies do..

unfortunately, I feel its close to this ..hes getting into things and getting hurt, fearing the steps. he used to be crazy dog that took all those steps in one leap. me being in school 1/2 the morning isnt helping him. hes lonely. i can only spend so much time with him. I wish it was more . Im getting mad at him now and I dont want to have an unhappy relationship with him if hes getting that sick where medication wont help.

 

Last spring I got this form in the mail from the county auditor about agricultural land use. I went down there and said "What's this? I'm not doing any agriculture" They said if I'm not doing agriculture to ignore it, also with only 8.5 acres I can't file anyways. Okay, I can do that. Ignored!

Today I get a letter stating they are going to penalize me $500 for not filing said form for 2014. WTF... It's the same auditor, I have to pay because they can't figure out what the fuck they are talking about?


This has to have something to do with that dickhead farmer that keeps putting failed crops on that corner of my land. He's also farming on land that the lady from Germany that grew up in this house owns... Of course nobody is supposed to know about THAT... I think I should mention it to her in an email next time I write her and see if she knows.

This place is screwed up... seriously!

theres old laws out there about gaining ownership of land they dont own

kind of like the old homesteaders or squatters type laws

if they can prove they farmed it for a set amount of years without someone complaining ...they can gain ownership

laws are different evrywhere though

Yeah, not sure about that here but if there's an agreement between he and a previous owner it's null and void. I've got the survey from last year to prove it is my land, pins are in the ground and it's recorded. He can't get a crop out of there anyways, it's a crop insurance scam.

That's all I need is to start land wars with a neighbor that more than likely wouldn't like me just because of the way I look. He's been here and I'm new to the area... Guess who's not gonna be accepted to the neighborhood.

Remember a few weeks ago I mentioned talking to the zoning guy... He's a neighbor too. I bet gums were flappin over that.

Fuck, man... I just want to live in my woods. I don't need the aggravation.
