My pup was doing alright shitting on the concrete around the side of our house then he's decided to go and shit all over the lawn. But it's not just one lump of shit, no he needs to take a few steps every time so it's little blotches of shit. First he'd just shit around the perimeter of the lawn but now he just goes all over the lawn so I don't play with him on there anymore. I wish he'd just go behind the shed, I've put a bin of his shit there so he can smell it and might think he should shit there but no dice.

its horrible when your dog ate a bunch of field grass and can't fully shit.

    why you walking to weird?

OH its cause you have grass out your ass.

I have no gloves and i have to pull this grass out like a noodle in lasagna... fuck me.

    Has happened more than once.

Runny shits on concrete are just as bad.

I can clean this up... I have to... its hard to do... but this shit is not hard. its everywhere, so no matter what I clean its still there...

Still pulling grass out is weird... cause even the dog is like WTF

I've only ever known dogs to throw up after eating grass. Mine eats grass sometimes he tries to hide it or be real quick and sneaky when he does but you always hear him cough it up later. Dumb ass.

I think both cats and dogs need to eat grass to help their digestion...and I mean they may need to throw up or take a crap and grass helps them. Jack (RIP) used to regularly eat grass.

When the ninja cat BB dashes out periodically (only for minutes until she is captured and brought back into prison inside ) she is either eating grass or rolling around in the paved, graveled driveway. lol

I think its nice when I see a dog outside barking and having fun and the owner is outside with them. :2thumbsup:

My next-door neighbors are true southern red-neck jackasses...they have a beautiful pit that is ALWAYS in his little pen. Sometimes he barks but I only feel sorry for him. I'd bark all the damn time if I was him, but he probably doesn't have enough water to bark all the time.

I'm afraid to go near there to see if he has water or whatever for fear they'll shoot me or my one outside cat. They are not nice, I guess you'd say.

Mine likes rabbit poo =\ he'll eat it whenever one rolls his way. He thinks he's being sneaky but like lol he's the one that looks stupid.
At least rabbit poo is just grass, hay and celery. =p

Yeah grass helps with upset stomachs. They sound like the worst type of Pit owners who give the rest of us a bad name. The sort of people who want you to believe the stereotype about the dog and that is why they have it. So you don't bother them. I could not imagine keeping mine outside all the time.

We had a daschund once that began to have "problems going up the back steps". Mama took Cindy to the vet...she was blind.

The doctor said it was the type of blindness caused where she had eaten something poisonous. Mama said "WHAT?!? She eats what we eat!"

Then she thought about it a minute...and said "Oh no...she follows the cats around".

The vet says "Oh that's fine...it gives her exercise".

Mama says "You don't understand...she eats their feces". :puke:

Vet says..."oh...eating enough of that would do it". lol :p

    Agree 100%!

Even when it gets very cold (for here) in the winter, steadily in the 20's and 30's, that poor dog that has (you may as well say) no fur is stuck out there.

They are horrible people; but their yard always looks nice so that is how they are "judged" around here.

SC is dang chock full of sorry asses.

I kinda laugh at people that buy jackets and jumpers for their dogs. Like if it's a medium - large dog.. No not even that I mean come on all dogs at one point descended from the wolf and where do you think they house their young when hunting? In a snow burrow. I've never heard of a case of a dog freezing to death in Germany. =\
I had a friend once who bought a electric blanket designed for a dog and it tore it to pieces first night and it cost like €125 or something ridiculous. And I just laughed. What was she thinking? Rofl. as long as it's got a kennel for shelter, dogs heat up pretty well.

my dog is 9.5 lbs and it gets down to -40C here in the winter. without a sweater, he can't be outside for more than 15-20 seconds before he starts moving really, really slow because he's seizing up from the cold.

North Bay, actually, but close. I'm actually exaggerating slightly. Last winter the coldest I remember was -37C, but it was consistently between -30 and -35C for a couple of weeks.
