My window air cnditioners are loud as hell. I only enjoy the noise when I'm sleeping, otherwise it's annoying as fuck.

Big hole in wall.... Ac unit number two has just left the building. There's supposed to be a big double pane window in there originally. Not as big as the main ones, same height but narrower. Second owner boarded it up and put this POS AC unit in.

    WTF.

Almost dropped the SOB though... That would have sucked worse than catching it did.

could be many reasons ac is loud. low line voltage, bad relay not reading back emf, weathered part needs oil.
I like the little noise mine puts out. like white noise here, blocks out all the bullshit.

it's not the line voltage, that usually stays 120-125 .. i did see it reach almost 130 once that is too high! thats not normal though, and they fixed it pretty quickly.

i would guess its needing oil somewhere ;) How would a relay issue make it noisy?

I like the noise when sleeping, the white noise helps me sleep.

i havent put the window a/c in for a few years now

dehumidifier and ceiling fan do a good enough job to make it comfortable

ceiling fan makes just enough hum to be good noise ..i definitely notice when its off

So I took out the board and opened that space up... Dark corner is no longer dark, makes a huge difference. Just put up some plastic for tonight. Still looks better with crappy plastic than it did before. I've got a few ideas on framing in a window I already have, down to a choice of two... I'll figure that out tomorrow. If I can move... Catching that old AC was not something I needed.

Many of this architectural style of house have a big window directly across from the entry door... Gives a very open feel to the house, like walk right through, you're still outdoors. This one did originally and now it will again.

my dogue likes the ten dollar a bag dehydrated sweet potato snacks....the cheaper ones in the big bag are ''pedigreee''...that's what th 18 yr old pitbull eats

made in china.....there is a warning on them and and other china dog treats

so I went to the fancy high end pet stores...holy shit...10 a bag for 300 grams

    fuck that

youtube shows how to make them....I bought 10 pounds....we will see how much I end up with for 5 dollars plus the heat to dehydrate them

there isn't any proof on those treats according to the gov....just speculation...they are still selling them and pepper has been eating them for years...he's 18 and sometimes still plays like a puppy....so you cant tell that owner they aren't good cause

I'm not that particular...just want to save money....

in chinas defense dogs aren't dropping dead left and right from what i'm told

There had been and it wasn't just treats there was a huge recall on dog food several years ago. China made up an excuse, murdered a few peasants, said "We're sorry" and started putting lead on kids toys. You guys may get different stuff up there, I donno.

Lead toys? Oh they must actually be decent then and not the plastic crap that stocks the shelves of supermarkets like families can afford to keep replacing expensive piece of plastic. =p

I had the real deal tonka toys when I was growing up the big metal ones and lead soldiers too =p
