Everyone is sizing their air conditioning to office building, theater, and house. I sized mine to a dog/cat kennel cause Im weird like that.. but got myself into more specifics when it comes to humidity, cooling and heat. might think that dogs want to be cool. but It appears that puppies and smaller dogs need to be warm and in a relatively constant . I think eggs mentions his little dog would die without human assistance but dogs cant tell you if they are cold/hot or comfortable. We can only assume these things with our better judgement. dont know where Im going with this. but I think I fucked myself into doing tons of research for this shit. It is easier than doing that shit metal shit.. anyhoo. ventilation rates are different for kennels and surgery room, hepa filters and all that jazz. Im going to add some rabbits and maybe some other livestock..

yes that is why lol and also I wanted to join a eXtreme fitness place..i belong to the ymca and do workouts there but nothing like I was just put through......sooo I wasnt thrown into a class full of other people.. I had a personal trainer who was showing me form and also he was working me out to the max my knuckles are red even tho I had gloves on..i felt like I was going to pass out a few times but I kept going.....soo when I got done he said usually people start off with a half of class.....yet this wasn't mentioned to me when I joined or when I showed up or even half way through when I felt like passing out lol:boxing_smiley:

and in the beginning of august during the outside lands festival my daughter is going to san fran and I may go with.....it just depends on whats happening here...if I can break away from work :daisy:

I did some shopping today and it was great until I had to go outside each time. 30C with the humidity it is 39C. Wicked for breathing. I am glad I am home now and only have to stick my nose out the door.
