Hey, what about "Saturian History Month" for all the great contributions from Saturn? Hell we gave you people rockets, the idea for the car, the Ipod Touch, and Spiro Agnew. We want some credit. We even gave you time travel in 2271. And we got rid of Kennedy for you. Granted, we were going after Castro, and our ship was off by a thousand miles and we shot at the first car we saw that looked like it had government officals in it, but hey, it's the thought that counts.

June 20th: An American Patriot, Joseph Rakes

On April 5, 1976 in the year of our bicentennial, turmoil over court-ordered busing in the city of boston forced joseph rakes, to severely beat a prominent black attorney on the steps of the city hall plaza with the american flag; the symbol of our proud nation.

Joseph Rakes who can trace his lineage back to the township of plymouth and then later on to salem village, chose to take a stand for liberty and to fight the scheme which would have forcibly bused his children into a hostile black neighborhood.

We salute joseph rakes who only resorted to this action only after he and several colleagues were cited for throwing rocks at a school bus filled with black children

June 21st: The Death of James Byrd, Jr. (1998)

We celebrate the Ku Klux Klan who condemned the unprovoked murder of James Byrd, Jr. (49) who was dragged to death on the back of a pickup truck by three men who claimed allegiance to the aryan brotherhood.

While all three defendants were covered with tattoos indicating white supremacist beliefs, DNA proved they were a mixture of several european suborders, and one defendant even had 15% Jewish blood; permanently sealing his fate within the skinhead community.

June 24; The Slave Cemetery in New York City (1991)

We celebrate the heroic 18th century black men and women who were discovered in an unmarked mass grave in downtown manhattan. the discovery, subsequent excavation, and forensic examination of the remains, revealed that both men and women were willing to work far beyond the capacity in which the human body could tolerate so their white masters would prosper.

Examination of the remains of children (who worked alongside their parents) showed evidence of advanced arthritis; as If they too were willing to sacrifice themselves for their loving, caring, white overseers.

We will never forget the contribution they made so new york would grow into the great city it is today.
