Exactly. These chickies need to take responsibility for their own failures instead of making them MadCapSyd's problem now. A break in, is still a break in - whether he had his doors locked or not. That's a serious crime.

 

i dont see where this thread is about the girls whatsoever. other than the fact that he wants to use them as justification for his own actions.
once again taking the responsibility for them (his actions ) away from himself.

 

Dont rip people off ever, just because youve been ripped dosent mean you can do it, even to the person who ripped you off. I got ripped $1800, left it at that, all im out is money I can still gain employment and leave the country when I want.

 

Um, these chicks are lying. They said that he pulled a gun on them. If MadCapSyd has to be responsible for his own actions (which he is, because he told the cop to his face that he took their money - they willingly gave their money to him - and he never gave them anything in exchange. Like the cop said, their fault for getting burned) than you'd have to expect these chickies to be held accountable and responsible for their own actions, their own overreactions and for their lying to the authorities.

quite frankly if someone can justify being a thief for whatever reason i have to question there character from there on. that being said,im not willing to just accept his word on what happened as fact.

I didn't steal money from them, they voluntarily gave me money and then they got beat for drugs. It's a simple scenario for them, if you don't wanna be beat, don't beat people. The amount of weed we got ripped for is worth the amount of money we took from them.(Even though earlier in the thread I got yelled at because if you're going to beat someone, you might as well do it for $300 apparentrly)

Whatever it doesn't matter, I'm probably going to get a threatening charge at the end of all of it. I called up the cops and tried having them arrested for breaking and entering but he said basically "look bro, we can do that, but that itself will be hard to prove, and if we do that this is going to keep escalating into this bigger thing between both of you, look your charges are probably going to be dropped to minor misdemeanors and I'm gonna help you with the gun thing because I just don't think that really happened"

It's funny, the cop who arrested me believes me but hippiebilly doesn't

 

For drugs, which the girls even said, they told the cops we were supposed to sell them hash and it never happened. And when one of the girls asked about getting the money back the cop even said to them, "girl you got beat trying to buy drugs, you are in fact beat"

Because the gun was never pulled and he keeps saying I pulled it. The whole original point of this was a girl saying I pulled a gun on her face when all I did was put my hand on a BB gun that was already out in the open.

Whatever though, I just looked myself up on the state judicial site, I wasn't charged with any felonies apparently
