Hair is cool. It shows you're comfortable with your un-altered self, and that you think twice before bending to the whims of society. I may be in the minority, but I love it on women. It's very sexy.

Oh yeah, and I shaved once for swim team and it was terrible. I'm never going to do that again unless I really have to.

i shaved my legs twice when i was high.... total mistake
however, i sometimes shave armpit hair out of necessity because sometimes deoderant would like flake off in chunks... not nice

Well, I don't have a steady mate, but I prefer guys to shave their balls, sucking on them is much more pleasurable. I don't mind the pubic hair elsewhere though.

Try using men's deoderant. The stuff sold for women assumes that she shaves and is not formulated to deal with hair.

if a person likes hair why shoul he/she shave? if you don't feel like shaving and all that don't... though i shave my pits, legs and "down there"... i feel more comfortable that way... oh and about guys... i'm not really a fan of cheast hair:) i don't mind if their cheast is grown but i prefer if it isn't :p but i think people look more strangely if a woman doesn't shave... especially armpits...as if all women have to shave or else they are "neglected" or sth like that... fuck them all :)

even though hair isnt really a "turn on" like it is for some people, i still wouldnt want my girlfriend to shave if she didnt want to, its just so unnatural and bad for your skin (in my opinion...im no dermatologist...) i also wouldnt want her to or even let her wear deoderant and/or a bra, i heard they actually contribute to breast cancer.

    peace and much love

the bra bit is based on pressure to the lymph glands. The study (which I no longer remember, see the book Dressed to Kill) theorized that closing off lymph drainage increased cancer incidences.
deodorants are icky in relation to the chems in them and the amount used.
    yea cornstarch and scented oils.

just want to add my two cents here~ i quit shaving 3 years ago and i love it... i think girls need to break free of what society and ignorant persons deem feminine. I also think a guy's preference to women shaving or not is a good judge of character, I would never find a guy attractive if he dissed a woman for letting herself be natural. Not shaving is natural folks!! Shaving is ridiculous, are you really doing it for yourself? Or are you doing it because you think it will make you more attractive? Check out these beautiful natural women~~ www.hippiegoddess.com They aren't afraid to show their true selves, you would never catch these girls shaving or getting plastic surgery to make themselves look genericly "beautiful" aka perfect... Embracing your body's imperfections bring you to perfecion in my humble opinion.

wow!!! i wish i could stop shaving, but the pricklyness of hair on my legs grosses me out, the same with pit hair. but down there, AU NATURAL i believe... its just easier :-D but i am going to shave it all off ONCE.. just to see if i like it or not.

but MORE POWER TO YA if you dont shave, or if you do! its your choice, dont let anyone change it!

Well wither way -- its up to the individual - and what works with some people personally may not as well for others-- I personally think that women with armpit and leg hair are beautiful-- and I find my self attracted to women who have these attributes-- the reason why is that, I think to myslef-- now there is a women who says -- I dont need to portray my self in the sereotype of how a women should look like I dont need to become a cookie cutter beauty monger which is based on the dreams of advertising agents from revlon and victoria secret-- fuzzy legs for me add to a womens stregth and character
    lovin all you beautiful people
peace and hugs and love and such

Peacelovebarefeet, if you had courage +patience to grow out your leg/pit hair it wouldn't be prickly; it's only the stubble growing back that itches. I think every woman should totally grow out her body hair at least once in their life so they can see their real natural self + possibly appreciate its sensuality. If not it's easy to shave off again or experiment + have hairy + shaven periods; some women being seasonal shavers, just shaving for summer. Personally there's nothing sexier than a natural fuzzy woman!

wax the final time. most of the prickle is the cut edge of the hair.

Another non-user of deodorant here. A previous girlfriend said I had "a nice human smell, not like [previous boyfriend] who deodorized himself to death".

But most people are total cowards when they think of the possibility that somebody might, ugh horror, catch a whiff of their natural scent.

Here's a challenge: can you post a message on this topic without exaggerating the situation?

I haven't shaved my legs since Thanksgiving, but I don't know why. Just trying it out, I suppose. It's the first time I've gone more than three days without shaving them since the 4th grade! I was in the 4th grade when some boy commented on my leg hair and made me shave! It's winter time, so no one is seeing my legs, but I really don't think I could handle the harassment if my peers saw them. I have to work on that.
