No, in fact I don't even think there is any reference to Zep being gay. Cept in one small itty-bitty section where he says that Cole used to take the band in 75' to gay clubs to party. Other than that no. But just go buy it. I mean it costs 8 bucks.

Most bands of this type of rock are innit, Loud, exciting and passionate. Live is a feeling and for me the ultimate escapism. Love it!

Yeah but thats only cause they met some drag queens, thought they were hot and....John Paul Jones almost went to bed with....him...

And from then on they thought it was cool, so they went back for the laughs...and it was pretty cheap.

I've been into Zeppelin for seven years, since I was 15. I don't remember what it was that got me into them, but it might have been "the song remains the same" on TV late at night, which I just happened to catch. Ever since, I've been loving their lyrics, loving their sound. What a great band.

Led-Zeppelin is my favorite band of all time!! They have been my number 1 for 4 years now. The first song I heard by them was The Battle of Evermore, and I was in love! I went to see Robert Plant in the Summer of 2005 at the Tower in Philadelphia. This lady came up to me and my mom and gave us back stage passes to meet the mighty Plant himself. He was so nice, and just amazing stand next to. So I got to met my God, and actualy talk to him. I got a picture with him and He autographed the CD case of Mighty Rearranger. Now all I have to do is meet Trent Reznor and I can die happy. But I mean Robert Plant man.... the Golden God him self!

I think they're good, despite how overpraised and overcredited they are.

I've listened to Led Zeppelin for some two years now. I understand how those that aren't musicians themselves would think Led Zeppelin are overrated. What have these people got to go on? Just the sound of the music, and probably the select few songs that are played every day on the radio. A musician appreciated Led Zeppelin far more.

Which is why, as a drummer, John Bonham is my main influence.

    No, he's my ONLY influence.

Led zeppelin is just the shit. Every single one of them is just fucking crazy at what they do, you put all four together and you have an unbelievable band. Man i would give anything to see them live in concert, back in the 70's.

the DVD's are what really got me into them. my dad told me to buy Led Zeppelin I about a year earlier and i liked it but it never really hit me until i started watching the DVD's and it was like BOOM. i became obsessed from that point on. the feelings i get from them and the images that form in my head from listening to them can't be matched. since then i've tried to find a musician or band who could have as much impact but i've still yet to find them. hendrix might be on his way up though

why? because every song was independent and individual from the next. i cannot see how you can call any of their music throwaway music. as far as the who, they simply weren't as creative and they had what seemed to me more songs to fill in the album than zep ever did. actually, i don't think zep ever had a song just to fill the gaps. every song had sincere dedication to it. but maybe you like more of the simple straight shooter rock like the who. that's fine, i like them too. but to me they can't even be compared to zep. hendrix or floyd can be compared

I remember watchin led zep on TV when I was like 5 or sumthing and I was just starting guitar, and I wanted to learn some of their songs, but I never really got into them, I stuck to bands like Queen, but about 5 years ago I was at my mates house and I saw a Led Zep CD on her desk and it really wanted 2 make me listen th them for some reason, and since then I'v been faithfully hooked.

im about the biggest led zeppelin fan that you will ever meet.i have been listening to them for as long as i can remember because my mom and dad listened to them when i was really small.Robert Plant is my favorite member and he is if you ask me the best singer to ever walk this earth.i play drums so Bonzo is a big influence(sp??)to me as a drummer,i dont think there ever has been or ever will be a better drummer or a drummer who will ever play with as much love and power as him.

Led Zeppelin is my number one favorite band (duh). I started listening to them about the say time I started playing guitar (A few years ago) and they've changed me since. They are one of my biggest influences on guitar, if it wasn't for them I probably wouldn't be near as good at guitar now and I might of not even kept up with it. Listening to them has also broadened my music tastes so much with classic rock and blues. My life has been completely turned around since Zeppelin and guitar. I owe a lot to them.
