Ah, yes. The name "Dimitri" is a pseudonym, of course. He's an exceedingly quaint, yet immensely intelligent person. His notion of the "killing of plants" as being indecorous and many other very eccentric ideologies he espouses are disturbing.

He's a good friend, an excellent chemist, more intelligent than I, but so very odd.
