april was when I activated the merkaba. I have been meditating for about a year. I'm very dedicated to it and jungian psychology. I personally don't think it matters how long one has been meditating for. The effects lasted all day every day and night for about a week. It kinda settled down a bit now... well i dont know if I can say that really, I think its more of a little break or something cause everytime I meditate it triggers something and I get some or all of the symptoms again. My awareness stays the same from what I picked up from it. Thank you all for this thread. I've been wondering whats been going on for a while now. I think my only big problem with it now is concentration. I am grounded and I do focus on my body/breath, but for some reason my attention has been bad. I'm thinking about taking taichi in order to help it and see if that will work. Also I would like that ask if there is a reason why one would shake from this? does this mean I'm doing something wrong or is it necessary? Is there a practice to stop the shakes?
