Video seems fake-ish. The mans leg is very stationary, and the surroundings seemed very "unsterilized" and Im no doctor but I dont think sawing through bone marrow is a very healthy thing to do... Terrible drug though, this is what will kill humanity.
the drug is legit, but the synthesis isn't. they are not making any deso at all. they are getting a rush from some of the chemicals when they inject at first. they get no opioid high after, cause the synthesis is wrong. don't know why they would do it again then. they know it doesn't do anything. they would be better off injecting just acetone that will give the same rush and not kill them. Darwinism in practice.
