i drank a whole bottle of robitussin once..... over the course of about a week and a half.... 2 tsp every 4-6 hours... didnt fuck me up though.

 

The first opioid I ever had was Phenergan (antihistamine I believe?) with Codeine Cough Syrup. I had it at age 12 and frighteningly knew from that point, that I would become addicted to opioids someday! It took 11 more years, but sure did it happen!

It's prescribed for coughs. It's a hydrocodone polistirex and chlorpheniramine preparation. It's extended release, so you can take massive amounts of hydrocodone, because it doesn't hit you all at once and last for 15-24 hours, depending on how much of it you drink. I've drank 240mg of hydrocodone in one sitting and I was buzzin HARD for well over 24 hours.

 

I think that the best cough syrup to drink is Vicks 44 dry cough. pure dxm and drinking a bottle will have you flyin. Drinkin two made me trip harder than i did on shrooms.

 

How did you get prescribed this over phenegran or another codeine cough syrup? I always get prescribed phenegran (if i get anything), and it doesnt affect me at all; I drank a whole 4 oz bottle of it and i did not feel anything at all, and it barely helped with my cough.

And is this only prescribed for bronchitis, or is it prescribed for a persistent nagging cough?

 

I had a bad cough for a while and told my doctor about it over the phone, so he called in a Tussionex script for me at the local pharmacy. lol I had never heard of Tussionex before then and I had to look it up online when I got it.

 

Damn. My doc wont give me anything. I have a bad smoker's cough and it hurts like a bitch all the time.

Any suggestion for a really dry, throaty cough? Like not a shallow, productive one that you get when you have some food caught in your throat but a sort of grating one that is painful.
