Johnny Depp is my very most favorite actor love him in everything he does. He becomes the characters he plays, comedy and drama. Blow kicked ass. I lived in that era in california and Mexico and I know I Did some of George's stuff for sure.

    Dead man is soo good.

I did see one of the worst movies ever made the other day, sadly starring Johnny Depp...."Secret Window" I'm telling you it was awful and his character was terrible..

I had a feeling that you liked Dead Man Gary. I just knew that you were cool like that. And Secret Window did suck. I wonder what the hell he was thinking?

hey, I was the one who told YOU to watch dead man little lady! ;)

That was directed by one of my favorite film makers of all time, Jim Jarmusch

What was the deal with secret window...for one, he was such an annoying slacker in it, and secondly the story was so bad...you think all of these intricate things are happening, then in the end you find out it was just him going crazy, what an easy and boring explanation!

of course it was based on a steven king story....

lol, sorry... I have a terrible memory. But now I do recall that you did tell me to see it (and thank you) :D

I love Jim Jarmusch too. I've seen almost all of his movies.

The only thing good at Secret Window was how insanely hot Johnny looked in it :p

the round stone beneath the earth spoke into the fire

    what?

things which are alike in nature grow to look alike, and the speaking stones have laid along time looking at the sun.
some believe they decend with the lightning but i believe they are on the ground and are projected downward by the bolt!

I can't believe only 2 people mentioned Fear & Loathing. Did you know he's working on another Hunter S. Thompson novel into movie project? The Rum Diary. The book bored me so bad I couldn't finish it, but I think I just have some sort of issue with the writing style. He says a whole lot of nothing and is very wordy in doing so. But if it turns out anywhere near as kickass as Fear & Loathing, I'm in. Depp did some weirdass movie with Christina Ricci called The Man Who Cried. It wasn't that great. Other than that and Secret Window, I've liked everything else a lot. Gotta check out this Dead Man flick though. And no he didn't sell out recently. People are just finally starting to appreciate his versatility. Now that he's what, like 40?
