I've noticed that most stepdads read O'Reilly books.
I haven't quite made the connection just yet.

 

i've been working so much on music lately that i feel like i don't have time for language. i don't have time for everything i want to do if i want to maintain my social life, and i'm a party animal....

 

eh. i guess rand's alright. she's just a bit conservative for my taste.

 

He does have a sexy sexy mind , just please dont get TOO hot for my boyfriend, but I know it's hard to resist.

 

I can name the Conservative commentators I like on one hand.

I love Christopher Hitchens. But that's cause he used to pick on Noam Chomsky.

He's as Libertarian as they get, and O'Reilly entertains him. So does Clancey... I don't think that he's looking for content in books anymore... he's almost 70... he needs his entertainment.

Hell, I'd be as economically conservative as they get if I was him.

East of Eden is a good book. I havent read it in a few years though.
But here is a suggestion, Rendezvous With Rama by Arthur C. Clarke
And, yes, it is just a coincidence that the book is about a spaceship
