I've become addicted....

Just got home from the guitar shop... I'm trying steel dunlop fingerpicks... for banjos, except on guitar. James Taylor is against using them but his brother Livingston Taylor, who is a professor at Berklee College in Boston, swears by them... figured I'd try it myself. They don't work too well on a 12 string, but they're great for sixes.

 

My finger tips are a mix between dark purple and black and I don't feel a damn thing while typing

I'm addicted to my guitar as well... my fingers hurt like hell. Sometimes in the middle of class I will shout out, "I love Oliver!" and somebody will respond "Wow, you must really love your boyfriend." Heehee, they think I have a boyfriend when all I've got is this piece of wood. A cheap piece of wood at that... but at least he's my piece of wood. Mine damnit!


I cuddle with him. Heehee, y'all probably think I'm joking. The sad thing is... I'm not.
