when #4 was born we got a year subscription to Tidy Didy service as a gift and had cloth diapers delivered and picked up for her first year. If you can deal with cleaning them and stuff, cloth is defiantly a lot cheaper and more environmentally sound.
I will admit my wife was awesome with the babies and all our kids were out of diapers by the time they were 12-14 months old, except our son who took about 15 months.
She had a method that worked great, but it requires work from everyone involved with the baby, but the benefit is not having to deal with or smell "human shit" as the wife called it.
Baby shit is ok to deal with up to a certain age/diet, then it becomes "human shit" and is nastier, at least according to the wife and I have to agree.

 

its ok to teach a kid to walk at a month..you ust need some sticks and duct tape to sturdy up the kids legs a little

ive been putting tests in here and checking prices

so ridiculous to have to pay that much for some tests...i dont think i could handle that type of healthcare system

i think here we only pay a small user fee for ambulance rides..other than that i cant think of anything except dental work that is not covered by the general provincial health plan

 

outs covers near everything...not cosmetic surgery by choice...like a facelift......wont pay for a private room in the hospital....wont pay for leg and arm braces or upgrades cast devices....wont pay a wheelchair rental etc for recovery purposes ......

theywill pay soe out of province costs incurred by residents but not all

every working person in Canada gets money deducted off their cheque that goes towards healthcare.....I havnt worked legal in a decade but it was around d 10 or 12 a month back then....just a payroll deduction...it pays for healthcare

The other day I was hanging out with a friend who was taking care of his friend's 6 month old puppy. That kind of felt like what people say about kids - nice to experience, at least when you can leave and give them back to their real care-taker. Super cute dog, but she was extremely full of energy and wanted to put everything in her mouth.

Last night he called me in a panic because the dog had swallowed his ~1.5g of hash. I warned him to put that shit in a sealed container when he had finished rolling with it, but I guess he didn't listen, or he forgot. Ended up being a 180$ vet trip for him. However, they let him keep his hash.. and yes, he went home and smoked that shit haha. The dog is totally fine.

 

no homos here either...well the puppies are too young to know better but i will assume.
