It's been how long?!!!!!

My fiancee and i dont do anything together anymore except sleep in the same bed. I try to support him with all of his ideas/ businesses but its gotten to the point where he has come up so many differeant ways to make money that i wont beleive any of his ideas until i see the money coming in. He has been trying for 5 years to get hos first company/ idea to work and he just now is getting investors and everything. I have been supportive of all his ideas and yet he made no money and still to this day he has made no money from his companies so i am skeptical. I love my fiancee i am just not deeply in love with him anymore. I am leaving this friday for two weeks going up to wisconsin. then when i come back down to florida hopefully we will wipe the slate clean and start over. I wrote him a letter and am giving it to him beforei leave. I have already told him and he thinks its a great idea cuz he is going to california for the two weeks that im gone for an IBI ( a bunch of inventors,investor, auntrepenewers) thing. basically he will be learning how to better his businesses and make lots of money.

I still want to point out again that you are being held captive by a verbal threat over child custody. This man seems too focused on himself and his big business deals to spend the time and effort to fight for a child in which he has shown no interest. I may be wrong but that is the best I can tell you.

 

i used to work for the child support enforcement attorney in kansas. the laws may vary, but this is how it would probably go (if he takes you to court, if he doesn't -you always have sole custody)......he would never get sole custody nor an even 50/50 split most likely, even if he is on the birth certificate, since you guys are not married. if he did persue court, he would most likely get visitation on holidays and such, and he usually has to meet you halfway for visitations. so really, unless you are an unfit mother (which you do not appear to be) his threats are idle. there is also child support he will have to be paying, so that will help you...... and in all honesty fathers do not end up seeing their kids as much as they act like they will, especially living several states away, but how often he keeps in touch will show how truely dedicated he is you your son. do not worry about what he says.... they also take into consideration his income and financial circumstances so him thinking he wold get custody with his unstable income would be ridiculous.

don't let him scare you into staying. it is obvious you are not happy and things will not magically get better. you and your son deserve better than the way he is acting. you can always try living away from him for a while and see how it works.....give you both time to thing about things. maybe you will realize you are happier without him and find a great guy you are more compatable with, or he will realize what a self-centered asshole he is being (which i doubt). either way, something's got to give and it shouldn't always be YOU......

I'm trying to say that you could be indistractably happy if you decided to. You could find a man who would respect and cherish your body for whatever it is, including the fact that it is three-dimensional and warm and full of sensations (unlike those on internet porn pages).
