You can enter the tracking number from UPS, USPS, whoever on ebay once the person pays. Then both seller and buyer can see where it is. Once you have a good reputation its easier to be paid quicker.But if the seller wants to be difficult even with the tracking number they could be and say nothing was in the box. But I have never had any trouble.
