wtf is expressing an anal gland?........for the dog, right?....how much is that?.......




vets are in the business of getting you back next month.....I don't believe for a second that they have my dogs best interest at heart......

The dogs, however, will not stand for all that fuss. Grab 'em. Clip 'em quick. See how many the dog let's you do in one sitting.

Edit: Must add that the dogs are Pit Bull and Plott Hound. No nail salon dogs.

i think expressing anal glands is only done in a smaller breed dog.....and they have videos on youtube about it

 

ive looked it up..... I wont be doing it or paying a vet to do it....he develops a shitting problem I will drop him off at the shelter

 

Groomers do it generally. Costs a few dollars.

 

It is not hard to do, just unpleasant. It is not the dog's fault, more the genetics of small breed dogs. That is what happens when you selectively breed.

I can vouch for my dogs very much expressive anal glands.....a few dollars is doable.........I just wont be spending thousands on this dog....not gonna happen under any circumstances.......

many dogs dont have the anal gland .. when the dog scratches its butt on the floor like Toby thats when it has anal problems.

i'm waiting for atv buddy to show up and we are going riding tomorrow at my other friends property..

with a stop to see my friends legal grow

.although they are dirt bikers so if its raining they wont ride...we will still ride in the rain for sure
