4/20 originated after some government thing that was made in an attempt to legalize marijuana and it was called "Proposition 420"

or something like that

 

420 is a game to get high to just by reading the analog clock hands are overtop eachother when the clock reads 420... A game ... each time the hands overlap say 3:15, 2:10, 1:05, 6:30, 12:00 you get high... or smoke dope..

>12:00, which is HIGH NOON... if a clock had no numbers it could be reset by overlaping the hands on the clock and pointing it up.. so anyway the clock would be set in your time started 12:00. hands overlaping and the clock would be easy to read..can ya dig that?
Turn the clock on its side so 4:20 points straight up.. High Noon...conspiracy solved..

Another get high game that didnt catch on.. time is 1:11pm 2:22pm ect ect..
Or times reading across as in 1:23, 2:34, 12:34 but you run ot of time to play this get high game.
make up some new games like.. Do bong hit while watching Maury Povich, each time a guest says "you know what Im saying" bla bla bla bla "you know what Im saying" Do a bong hit..... youll be stoned! "You know what Im saying? ....

 

nope. it originated in the 70's when this group of highschoolers in california would smoke every day at 4:20 after school, and it became popularized by fans of the grateful dead.

 

its HIGH NOON and really has nothing to do with stupid stoners in califonia to get high at 420...
If this is the case being I think it would of been mention in the movie "Fast time at Ridgmont High".. yet there is no reference to 420 in it or any so called drug movies made in the 70, or 80. so you think all that good stuff that keep you going, read posts:banghead: and listen to some other "old assholes" around here and you might just catch on to the stupid shit you get sucked into...

and Im sorry but Im a Real fan of the Gratful Dead.. And I would put anything on a tee shirt just to sell it to you, So I could stay on tour and not have to work and go to school.. ect ect.. Highways420 sold shirts.. kept me in gasoline.. you might get that if you spent a year or two following them around..

PS its 4:20 on the east coast you have twelve hours till its accually 420...420..
Im a rebel so I made my own # its 3:19. or Rev 3:19.. March 19 or the day before the first day of spring. or whatever game I decide it to be.
I dont think 420 is popular in other areas of the world and its proly lossing its popularity by hippies who are to stoned to care about the date and time.. Peace..
