No it does not mean all Jews. Some people will take it that way. It's a small elite portion of the Jewish population that can be linked to Illuminati power structure. The average person calling himself a Jew is not linked to that. But it's an easy way for some people to make all Jews bad again.
The problem with researching conspiracy theories like this is that it's very to look be accused of being anti-Semitic. The wrong kind of ideas win out sometimes in those circles. The Illuminati is a lot more then the CFR. Some of it's members are no doubt members of the CFR. One of the things on their agenda is the destabilization of the Middle East. Israel exists because of the Illuminati. They fill it with innocent Jews and don't care when they use them for their political agenda. If people actuly got along there they would loose all their power. The Illuminati depend on the religious hatred they create in that region. They created both Islam and Judaism.

What David Icke is talking about is the Reptilians. They are an alien race that was here before the modern man. They are a much older species and consider us a lower life form. But there are some benefits to controlling us as a population and because of that some relations with elite humans has taken place throughout history. his includes certain interbreeding of DNA the "blue blood" line was once very important.

@unfocusedanakin: I know what reps are, but I've always thought Icke used that as a metaphor, as in the reptilian brain, when describing the Jewish power structure. It always sounded like code, as smart as the guy is, I simply can not believe he'd push that as a literal narrative. As to the Illuminati, seems more of a moniker for any and everything secretive. That word gets too much credit imo. I assume most people suspect there are a few bloodlines/corporations calling the shots, but it's not really hidden from us. All the major players are right there on the world stage, it's just too exhausting for most people to waste their time on. And that's why we're so easily controlled; what a weird word. Con. Have any of you heard of Brother Nathanael? Half the time I flat out agree/disagree with him, the other half I can't tell if he's being satirical.
