Most Zionists are atheists, especially the original founders of Israel.

The US has no intention of going in. Our role is only to support the Israeli push, it's been outlined by the PNAC. They are the ones running things right now. We don't have to send in troops we only have to tell the rest of the world that we support the aggression.

Ever think about the bombing of the Indian train line. That was a message to the Indians to be mobilized and to the Pakistanis to back off. Our allies that receive funds are supposed to back off and be prepared to take action if ask. Pakistan was implicated in order that they should back off. Why no more news stories on US tv about those bombings. They accomplished what they were supposed to at this point. Let the Israelis and US need India and I guarrantee they'll crop back up on the media. And if the US ever thinks to go after Ben Ladin, the Pakistanis will be the bad guys then.

Realize these are both nuclear powers.

The US is the only country at the meeting in Rome that refuses to call for a cease-fire in Lebanon-it even refuses to condemn Israel for flattening the UN Peacekeepers post and killing all it's soldiers in South Lebanon. Instead, the US keeps beating war drums toward Syria and Iran, which I have said all along is what this is really about. China sponsored a resolution condemning the bombing of the UN post, which the US blocked. China told the US that if it wants its help in the talks with North Korea that the US better change its tune. http://today.reuters.com/news/newsa...91_RTRUKOC_0_US-MIDEAST-DIPLOMACY.xml&src=rss

The Lebanese government has said that 600 people have been killed by Israeli bombing of the country. The UN has said that two-thirds of those are civilians. Of the 400 civilians that have been killed, one-third of them are children.

In contrast, as of today 51 people have been killed in Israel by Hezbollah rocket attacks, only 18 of whom have been civilians.

I've never seen an administration in DC that created so much chaos. Nothing satisfies the Bush administration. It claims that a government isn't a good enough democracy and then disrupts it and creates a situation that's far more chaotic than what went before it. It's a juvenile type of attitude. They've done this with Iraq, Palestine, Lebanon, and now they're talking about Syria and Iran.

Bush also snubbed Russia with has flag-waving, patriotic, condescending remarks that Russia didn't have a good enough democracy. Putin responded by saying Russia didn't choose democracy to please some leader of another country. They did it for themselves.

He's just a pawn for the Project for a New American Century, everything he has done since he became president is to advance their agenda, and during this new conflict with Israel and Lebanon he is following their preplanned agenda also.

Are you conveniently forgetting the hundreds of civilians killed by terrorists in Israel over the last few years? That's nice. And you talk like Israel is doing this on purpose. This is a war. And while, as stated several times, the death of civilians is tragic, this has always been part of war. The terrorists kill in a time of peace. See the difference?

No, it's just accidental that the Israeli Army keeps repeatedly bombing convoys of ambulances, right? Sure.

Even the Christians in the Middle-East support them, 'cause they don't rely on the western media which distort the truth about them, let's noyt forget that the President of Lebanon (Christian aswell) backs the Party openly and strongly.

A simple solution and one that would throw off US and Israeli complaints would be for the Lebanese government to acknowledge officially and absorb Hezbollah into their own military. Politically this would be something the US and Israel would have a hard time counteracting or considering terroists. They should have done this years ago.

Yea, well Chavez is exactly right in this case, and he sees through American moralizing into the real reason Uncle Sam is doing things-this is the reason that the US tried to overhrow him in a CIA sponsored coup, despite the fact that he was democratically elected, and is also the reason that "Christian" thug Pat Robertson advocated having him assasinated. Chavez knows that the real motivation behind this war and his attempted overthrow by the US is oil, period. He's absolutely right about that.
