there is a chance she returned it. I know my roomies ex pulled something sorta similar and she just returned what he got her for cash and than she purchased something useful, and laughed all the way back from the store about how stupid he was. She got two movies with the money she got for his stupid gift and we watched them that night . something enjoyable about free movies .

so I can't see her throwing lingerie away when she could get money back in return and maybe something useful.
