chno is the call sign here for my favourite radio station

 

I don't like radio stations because they play the same 10 songs every hour.
Or they play the same songs they did 20 years ago.
It stinks.

 

I don't really like any broadcast media.

 

I listen to the news on the radio but not usually any music.

 

not really true about ''all'' radio stations
....I listen to public radio here.....they almost never repeat songs....i'm now into podcasts of the shows on public radio....all free and there is literally thousands of them

mountain stage is a good example....basically a bluegrass show that has famous people from everery genre come visit each week

music for a Monday with Jackie sauter is one of other bestests

 

Well every radio station I've listened to was all the same so nerr =p
I've often thought about a podcast with music I'd enjoy but then I LOL to myself and go put my iPod on shuffle. =]

 

There's only one station I like -- WMVY on Martha's Vineyard.

I need to start eating fruits and veggies... If I just get a ton of stuff like broccoli, spinach, mushrooms, blueberries, and other healthy crap then just blend it all up together and drink it does it have the same amount of nutrition?

I would think the obvious answer is yes... but you never know, I always hear people talking about how you gotta prepare certain stuff certain ways to get optimal amount of nutrients...

I don't care about taste, just wanna make it efficient.. i'm not a rabbit, I don't got all day to just sit around chewing plants lol...

the majority of golf gloves are made out of dog scrotums... if they're made in China, odds are they are dog scrotums..

Yeah should be good. I usually do a bunch of greek yogurt (lots of protein), kale, blueberries, strawberries, almonds, sometimes coconut oil (but it gets solid and is hard to blend), and a bit of juice or water.

 

My guy is snipped, but I thought the testicles were internal?

 

That reminds me: I need to make some new yogurt.

Do you take fish oil? I'm looking for a decent brand... I don't even remember the last time I had fish, it's been years... I never eat it, so i'm thinking I should maybe start supplementing it
