I think that a major difference between guys and girls... Guys would love to have a girl ask, beg, or demand that he go down on her. Apparently girls want to do it of their own volition as opposed to being asked (or pressured) into it.

Well, wait a minute. I think we need to distinguish between a guy just coming up to his girlfriend, outside the context of their already being engaged sexually, and asking for a blowjob. Like, are we talking about a couple sitting around the house and he just asks for a blowjob, or are we talking about they're lying in bed making out and stuff, about to have actual sex, and he says, "I really want you to suck me"?

If we're already having sex and I ask a girl to suck me, I would think that would be okay. Come on, once you're engaged like that, why would anything reasonable be out of bounds?

If we're not already having sex and I ask a girl to suck me, I will accept her decision. That's the same as hinting (or saying) that you want to start sexual activity and the person saying no, maybe later. (Of course, I have a hard time imagining myself saying, "No, maybe later" if a girl I'm involved with suggests we have sex. I'm pretty much into it on a moment's notice. I'm versatile like that! )
