First post. And yeah, I'm here because forums in general are dying off and I have little patience for looking through piles of old internet refuse trying to find open-minded and possibly slightly deranged individuals to bounce thoughts off of. There really is a worrying shortage, if you ask me.

 

i think about half are here to mess, and half are other.

making connections? why?

i'm here because of why i'm on the net.

i'd like to have people consider my thoughts, as thoughts, without being associated with or about me.

i'm not saying i don't have an ego. i'd just like to see these two things not interfere with each other, as they inverably would, or have in the past, in real life.

i've actually found hip forums, probably isn't the best place to do this. there just isn't really, that i have any idea how to find, so very many places around any more that are.

if people do know of any, i'd be curious to find them.

most places have their own culture, that they preach to their own choir of.

that's fun for our own ego, but it doesn't do much to get people to actually thinking, in their own way, their own logic, their own thoughts, instead of just hollowly echoing the pablem they're fed by media.

 

i totally don't see how or why it should matter. i never assume to know the gender or age of anyone on line. i've almost always been mistaken every time i have. and again, it really totally doesn't matter.
