Well, you can be assured many people will have the same problem as the OP, so someone in the same situation will read your post and will possibly find delight in it after years of it having been posted and the OP being gone. Also, not everyone goes to forums to stay. They just have an issue, so they go to a forum for assistance. And when they get it they leave. Or they leave if they don't get it.

Luckily in this situation there are no kids and minimal property divisions because they aren't married yet.
