Nurse Nayirah http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nurse_Nayirah 70% of US citizens believe in Hussein- 9/11 link http://www.usatoday.com/news/washington/2003-09-06-poll-iraq_x.htm and the wmd were also a lie http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/7634313/
I was on the internet shortly after they opened the doors. In the early years it became a wonderful source of information, but with the advent of cookie cutter web sites and instant blogs, it has become a horrible source for misinformation. It's still a good source for information, if you can learn to separate facts from the ravings of lunatics. But, as time moves on, it gets more difficult to pluck the facts from the fantasies. And just because something is posted on 25,000 web sites does not make it true, the world has many crazies. .
Heres one of my favourites on Iraq: fake CNN news https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jTWY14eyMFg"]YouTube - CNN Fake Newscast Best Quality
Iraqi soldiers, not U.S. soldiers. Wikipedia is not the greatest source since anyone can edit it's content. That's a 2003 poll which no longer applies. Furthermore, 50% of Americans are gullible to the point of stupidity and the other half doesn't know who to believe. That was established early on in the conflict when none were found and the truth of those lies came to light. .
Oh, right. I wasn't talking about that war. I thought that is what you meant. What people believe and what government(s) say are sometimes very very diferent. None found doesn't equate to lies, imho. One of your favourite conspiracies? I'd take that one to the conspiracy forum, as that is where it belongs. How old are you?
Yes I`ll post that on the conspiracy forum. To get back on topic- I think Israel and the USA risk to attack Iran with tactical nuclear weapons one day after a big false flag event organized by the secret services, they will blame Iran for it. Best way and excuse to start a war.
Thanks. I had a whole bunch of information about that gathered together, but I can't find where I put it. I'll be able to remember enough to get by, though. Edit: I found it. That's almost a cliche. No wait, it is a cliche.
I better put it in the media forum Lets hope that you are right. They are now massively arming the arab gulf states, maybe there will be a proxy war... http://atlanticsentinel.com/2010/09/us-arming-persian-gulf-states/ http://www.tehrantimes.com/index_View.asp?code=227104

You appear to read a lot, you should be aware that the U.S. military is under-manned, battle weary, and cannot even tend to the wars we have going on now. .
Why not? Its not me who invented this. http://www.voanews.com/english/news...uld-Become-Iran-Saudi-Proxy-War-82427857.html
Oh, it's coming. With some many bombs around and so many idiots with the power to use them, there's no way around it.
I don't think an all out, civilization threatening, global nuclear war is inevitable. At some point there will be a nutcase that sets off a nuke or dirty bomb. Or someone will make a mistake and nuke a city. Or a country with nukes who's leadership is about to fall will nuke a city in an act of desperation.
I think that will create a 'not going down alone' cascade. Who really has enough self control to not launch back? If a human is in the loop at all.
Depends on the situation. I am honestly curious what the governments of the US, Russia, or China would do if they tracked 1 incoming missile. I'd like to think they wouldn't just fire everything back, but don't know. I don't think that's likely to happen though. I think what's inevitable is someone sneaking a bomb into a city and detonating it or we'll see a regional war like Pakistan and India, Israel and some Middle Eastern country, or someone else. Millions of lives would be lost, but it wouldn't be the end of the world.
no war is inevitable. at all. revolutions maybe, but nation to nation warfare, not even. nor is it the most probable catastrophe humanity in the next few decades is going to be facing.
