I am in no way supporting this, but a 9 year old can easily make that choice, and in past times such a choice wouldn't have been questioned.

It is not a matter of should, or mature enough, or so... it's a matter of can and can't. It is up to society to determine if that choice is legit, and this society will ofcourse determine that it is not... and I would whole-heartedly agree with that.

My argument is that homosexuality and paedophilia are not very different when views from basic animalistic roots and when compared to the process of human evolution and their contradiction to it in their mere existance.
