Is it ok for children to view child porn?

I am sure that just like you and I don't HAVE to view porn to be aroused, neither does a pedo HAVE to view child porn.

Also, I'm not dropping them in the same hole. I'm saying that viewing child porn shouldn't be treated as nothing, and nothing should come of it.

Also, for the 13 year old remark, they are young and naive and should learn through growing up that it's incredibly wrong.

(hypothetical) what if, while downloading some porn, you end up getting some child porn...you watch it and then delete it...would that person be punished?

Either they accidentally downloaded kiddie porn or found out their best friend and loved one was hopelessly addicted to children.
