to do list arghhhhhh what are you on...what's a good one these days/low hormones? It's been so long since I've been on it and my doctor's insanely religous so she won't reccomend a certain one as it's 'against her morals'

I'm on alesse, i like it. I'm getting pms for the first time ever, but it's manageable. I used to by on tri-cyclen but it make me extreeeemely prone to yeast infections, and five in six months is so not cool. Alesse is one of the lower dose ones from what I know, and it's monophasic which is nice, makes you less, erm, crazy or weird feelign each week (unlike the triphasic ones... diff hormone dose each week with those, blech)

But in all seriousness, Alesse is good. I've been taking it for almost 3 years now with no real negative side effects, and a few of my girlfriends have good experience with it too.

Maybe an IUD? I don't know much about them but the concept is appealing.

hah Kayleigh...arghhhh it's not like that...fixed hah. I'm allergic to latex and hate the feeling of condoms, i don't think im coordinated or brave enough to insert something. I think managble moody...like just a little emotional but not crazy or anything.

hey, if you're worried about something that -you- insert, you may wanna check out the IUD. It's gotten a lot better over the last decade, and a doctor inserts it, not you. No hormones either, so it doesn't fuck with your mood like pill/patch/ring does

ick, I don't like orthotricyclen. Then again, my body didn't agree with it - just the triphasic pills in general can make yeast infections happen more often, blech

what are triphasic? I've haven't had a yeast infection in years even with all the antibiotics...i like yogurt a lot...i mean i eat it at least once a day okay now we really sound like an after school special...

yeah the pack looks hard to figure out and there arent any directions and there's one pill missing hah I guess I was overly abitious that month!!!!!!! what about yasmin?

triphasic means each week contains a different dose of estrogen. Monophasic gives you teh same dose every day for the three weeks that you take hte pill

Yasmin... haven't been on it, heard mostly good things, also heard that it makes most women's breasts grow when they go on it

the one thing i don't want is bigger boobs...im already a d and anything bigger then that would look odd on me. So I should go for the monophasic?

I prefer the monophasic, I've heard good things about them and msot chicks I've talked to tend to react better to 'em
